{Singapore Family Photographer} This playful and fun family session with the Guanzons was done at one of my all-time favourite park in Winnipeg. The beautiful summer evening was perfect for lots of running around and laughters as we captured updated portraits for this gorgeous family with their newest addition. As with all sessions with little ones, bubbles is always a hit. And so is running around and flying with dad and mum. Yes, family sessions can be quite a workout.
My goal with all family sessions is to create a series of photos that is a unique representation of your family, to document the character of your family and your love for one another.
I always tell parents not to worry about getting little ones to pose, or smile at the camera, and definitely do not tell them to say “cheese”! Why? This allows the kids to be themselves, and their little personalities really shows when they are given the freedom to just play. Hug the kids, pick them up, snuggle them or swing them around! Dance like no one is looking, be silly, and most of all, be YOU. This gives us an abundance of playful, natural moments. I promise that in years to come, you will look back at these organic pictures and smile, and re-live these precious moments. Of course, family sessions will certainly still include some posed portraits, and that we will get too as the kids get more comfortable in front of the camera and to the stranger behind the camera.
Wardrobe planning can be a stressful part of planning a family session, especially for busy mums who hasn’t time to shop for themselves. This is exactly why all family sessions also include the complimentary use of CJP client wardrobe with gorgeous dresses for mum. Mama and daughters in this session are all dressed by the CJP client wardrobe. If you are looking for a Singapore family photographer, let’s connect and let me begin planning your session.
